Q(4) Do I have any refund & returns Policy?

2).We hope your jewelry or watch purchase has been an exciting one. Excluding special orders like personalized jewelry, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from date of package shipment. You will be refunded the full price you paid for the item(s) less shipping and a restocking charge (15% of the order amount). However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been worn, resized, engraved, altered by another 3rd party jewelry or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for refunds. All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not returned with the free gift. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials, as specified below : * You will need to put the jewelry or watch inside the original box. * Place it in a shipping box and cover the box with mailing tape. * For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your jewelry or watch is lost in transit. You are responsible for all insurance and shipping cost back to us. * We will notify you once we've received and processed your return item. * Any unauthorized, improperly packaged or non-insured returns will be returned to sender. Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within 10 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Please allow one month billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only.
